DTDC provides several tracking options to make it easier for customers to track their orders without having to leave their homes. There are a couple of ways by which you can track the status of your shipment including:

Track using Consignment No. / Reference No.
To track using Consignment No. or Reference No., you will have to enter order consignment no. or reference no. that you get at the time of payment in the tracking box and the latest status of your parcel will be shown.
SMS Tracker
To use the SMS Tracker service, you will have to type and send the following message:
“TRACK<space>Consignment Number and send SMS to 9230092300”

E-Tracker
E-Tracker service is available for E-enabled customers only. They can log in to their account and find out the status of their parcel.
